Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to process and receive an order?
All orders are dispatched from Mumbai, India. We take 5-7 business days to process your order. Once it’s shipped, you will start receiving text and email updates. Delivery usually takes an additional 6-7 business days.
 

Are there any delays I should be aware of?
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can happen due to public or national holidays.

 

Who handles shipping?
Shipping is managed by a third-party courier service. Unfortunately, we cannot control or guarantee the exact delivery time after dispatch.



what is your return & exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. all sales are final.

we kindly request you to review the product details and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. if you have any questions or concerns about an item, feel free to reach out to us on our Instagram before placing your order.​

How do I track my order? 

Once your order is shipped out, you’ll receive updates with a tracking link in your mail inbox. 

 

How do I change my address? 

You can message us anytime before your order is dispatched to change your address. Once dispatched we won’t be able to make any changes and any or all extra shipping charges will be brunt by you. 

 

My tracking status says - ‘RTO’, what does that mean? 

This means that your order is currently being returned to us. In the case of the above, we can do one of the following things:

 - We can provide you with a 60% refund and cancel your order from our end. 

 

OR 

 

 -  We can resend the parcel again. 

(In this case, you'll be charged Rs. 150 for RTO fees + resending costs)  

 

My package was damaged during transit, what should I do? 

If you find your package damaged during transit if possible reject the package from the delivery agent and contact us. If the package has been delivered, kindly send us clear images with the order # and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.

My tracking status says -'Delivered' but I didn't receive my package.

in case like this please reach out to us on Instagram or via email thefearlesstore@gmail.com. Kindly give us a few business days to investigate the matter. If the package is not traced then we can either provide you with a 60% refund or send the package again.

What is a preorder?

A pre-ordered item is for a product that has not been made as of yet and will be made after an order has been placed.
